This redesign of the panot from Barcelona transforms the traditional pavement into a piece full of symbolism and functionality. The shape of each tile resembles fish scales, paying tribute to the Mediterranean Sea, which defines the coastal essence of the city. In the center of each scale, a circular detail is inspired by the stained-glass windows of the Sagrada Familia, adding an artistic touch that connects with Barcelona's modernist architecture.

Innovation is also reflected in functionality: the tiles incorporate discreet channels that facilitate rainwater drainage, improving urban efficiency and reducing puddling. When four pieces are joined together, the design is completed, forming the iconic panot pattern—a perfect synthesis of tradition, art, and functionality.
